Our Shipping and Handling rates are: 

20% of your order total plus a flat handling rate of $5.

 

For Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders:  you may order as usual on the website, but you will be billed any additional shipping costs not covered by the standard shipping rates.  Orders will not ship until all payments have been met.  Please email us prior to ordering if you would like a shipping quote before placing your order. 

 

We ship via ground delivery.  When items are in stock, standard shipping time is 5-7 business days.  Every effort is made to ship your items out as quickly as possible so that you may begin enjoying them!

 

Customer order information is only used to process your order and is never shared with anyone.  Customer email addresses are used to send shipment updates and occassional updates regarding French Larkspur's sales and products.

 

Due to the high shipping costs to bring in overseas items, all sales are final.  If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will negotiate a replacement for the item.  If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
